Once the developer(s) have completed their work on a feature,
the in-progress label can be removed from any issues that were worked on
and the awaiting-review label is added to the Pull Request.

Process Automation enhancement help wanted

Once the Pull Request is assigned to (one-or-more) Reviewers
@dwylbot 🤖 will remove the in-progress label from any/all issues referenced in the PR
and apply the awaiting-review label to these issues/stories.
