At present we only have the following 5 time estimation labels: https://github.com/dwyl/labels/labels (that get replicated to all our projects via label-sync ... some projects have T2d ...)

image

The smallest increment is T25m which equates to "One Pomodoro".

Quite often find myself creating an issue that will take very little time to get done.
(creating the issue to keep track of it takes longer than getting the work done!)

David Allen has the "Two-minute Rule": "If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it (immediately)!"

We don't have that many 2 minute tasks (because 2 mins is often the time it takes just read the context!) but we definitely have 5 min tasks and I find myself wanting the label often.

Conscious of @iteles' comment #41 (comment) on "Time Labels" about lower time labels leading to under-estimation.
But equally (painfully) aware of Parkinson's Law https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkinson%27s_law when it comes to task/time management.

"work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion."

If the smallest increment of time is 25 minutes then even a 30 second task like reviewing a 1-line PR can be expanded to occupy the allotted time. ⏳ 💸 🔥

I'm going to create the label. 👍
If nobody else uses it on any other project, we can delete it. (it's easy enough to filter on GH) 💭

Created the label. Synched it to an existing project. Using it.
