Cleaning Up Tudo Repo

We're (myself, @Shouston3 @Cleop) currently planning our sprint to work on the Elixir MVP and want to close as many "stale" issues as possible before starting to reduce the amount of "noise" associated with the issues.

There are currently 3 milestones open:

1. Elixir MVP (7 open issues)
2. Test Milestone - Please Don't Close (1 open issue)
3. Minimal Usable Product (16 open issues)

We're proposing to delete 2 and 3 but work off and adjust 1 with the updated scope to come out of conversations with @nelsonic

Spent 2 pomodoros (1 hour) on this and there's still a few conversations/issues open that we could probably close but waiting to hear back as to whether its ok to close them:
