install use cmd

支持Windows/Linux/MacOS。安装很简单：

Linux和Mac在终端运行：

sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dxasu/tools/master/scripts/install.sh)"

如果http://raw.githubusercontent.com被屏蔽，改用git clone https://github.com/dxasu/tools && bash kd/install.sh。ArchLinux用户可以直接通过AUR安装（例如yay -S kd）。 Win用powershell运行：
