Describe the bug
validate fails to build packages with postDeploy folder when fast feedback mode is enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a postDeploy folder with a history tracking yml
  2. Validate the branch against an environment which utilizes ff-release-config
  3. Notice it fails on metadata not found

Expected behavior
Should handle the postDeploy folder without failing during validation

Platform Details (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu
  • Version [e.g. CLI Version eg: 1.6.6] : 22,6,3
  • CI Platform: GitHub

fix(diff): package component diff fails when unknown type is encountered

Package component diff fails when types such as .yml file is encountered, as metadata resolver is
not respecting the forceignores at this stage

fixes #1358
