未実装になっている src/prim.cpp の siren_prim_prism() を実装します。

BRepPrimAPI_MakePrism を使用する。現在、 Siren.sweep_vec は TKOffset の BRepOffsetAPI_MakePipe を呼んでいるが、このメソッドを実装したら不要となるため廃止する。
