Only causes a warning with gcc, but a fatal error with VS 2015.
Fix building dyninstAPI_RT with VS 2015. Remove unnecessary overriding of _snprintf in favor of a centralized definition.

This pull request include my fixes for jump table analysis and several fixes for Windows proccontrol. I have also merged and verfied fixes from @jdetter for instruction decoding and fixes from @pefoley2 for windows build.
This pull request include changes from #97 and #95.
