Due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1040219 , we still need to install elfutils-devel zlib-devel binutils-devel newt-devel python-devel perl-ExtUtils-Embed audit-libs-devel numactl-devel pciutils-devel for rpmbuild -bp, maybe we should also add this in README?

Currently the README is only targeted for F20 and Ubuntu 14.04, but maybe we could add another section for RHEL/CentOS
