The Co-pilot only translates code language to another code language and does not support translating comments and other content. So I don't understand what you're talking about.
Although ChatGPT-4 can be used for translation, it is not free. Are you willing to pay for it?

What I don't understand is that since you have such a strong need for English support, why are you not willing to spend time implementing it and just keep complaining and even blaming others.
