Those are positioning that I don't control. They are part of the table object in AdminLTE. That is a very narrow screenshot you have there. iPad?

running into this issue on PC while using 28" 4k monitors and trying to reduce the window size to about 2/3 of the screen; I made a screenshot of the overflow at its worst, but the overflow starts happening much earlier than that.

Considering I run 2 - 24" monitors and haven't had issue on the laptop, this may just be a problem with your resolution. Either way, there's not a fix I can make for it as that is AdminLTE widgets. You'll have to contact them.
