Adding section reference name to output #194

The reference name is an unique and readable id that can be used as anchor id, to scroll to the right section. For now the fetchElement function doesn't provide this attribute and an extra api call is required.
It would be great if the reference is part of the output.

We just merged #195
Feel free to test the latest release which includes names (reference name) and display names of sections.
