The base URL is https://smart-commute-ebike-openpath.nrel.gov
Note that you also need to rename the config appropriately

"short_textual_description": "Smart Commute is interested in mode shift to more sustainable options. Using the app to track mode shift and subsequently use the survey feature, Smart Commute would like to learn more about the trends surrounding people’s choices (I.e., did they not take a car because the trip was a viable distance to eBike, or was the mode choice based on [un]safe infrastructure [not being] available, or other factors?). Obtaining data and using NREL app-generated surveys should help Smart Commute identify improvements to the program, infrastructure, etc., that are needed to help with mode shifts in the future. The app should include the analysis that produced the same charts and graphs that were a part of the CEO’s CanBikeCo study, and additionally, because RTD’s funding is tied to studying first and final mile connections to transit by eBike participants, Smart Commute would like to work with NREL to develop meaningful metrics to track eBikes and other micro-mobility options as the first and final mile of their trips.",
"why_we_collect": "Smart Commute requires Participants to track their travel modes, the purpose, and what mode they replaced for all trips and not just for eBikes. Because of the first and final mile component under Smart Commute’s contract with RTD, participants are asked to designate the different modes they use for each trip.",
