Hello!

What do you think about dropping support of outdated php versions (5.6, 7.0 according to http://php.net/supported-versions.php) and add support for php 7.3?

Thank you

Hi @vkhramtsov, I do agree to add PHP 7.3 into .travis.yml.
As for dropping support - I don't see any reason to cut it off in current bundle version (some users are still using outdated libraries/tools). Though, it will be a good point for next major release.

It looks like people with outdated libraries/tools could use outdated versions of your bundle 😄
