i'm italian user. I use github e107 2.2(github)

I turn off ban flood but it continues to operate inexplicably before login
This is notify to admin

What is?

Well, likely used translator for text so :
the message posted is an IP V6 address and points to China: the ip v4 address is 119.185.7.41

Hope it clarifies

I'm available to testing or debug

Notify must be in IP V4 not in IP V6 like revision in notify_class.php
