Provide more options to resize the rich text editor. (bbarea, Tinymce) 

## Motivation
Particularly when using TinyMce inside a modal window, it would be useful to be able to specify the number of rows, etc. 

## Proposed Solution
Add options for `rows` and `style` to the **bbarea()** function.
