Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The user now doesn't have easy way how to manage created files in sandbox. The only possibility to use watch_dir, but that works only for specific folder.

Describe the solution you'd like
User has clear info about all created / edited / deleted files from process, maybe even whole sandbox lifecycle
