Add type to variables passed to template.xml template

For the follow up app there's the discussion of having different package ids and icons per type (dev or prod, or in build speak: snapshot or release). To enable that, we need to have the type available within the template, so the ehaCordovaConfig task needs to pass that in.

Happy to provide a PR for that, but wanted to create this issue first :)
