The main difference from version 1.0 is the addition of the
getSitesWithinRadius function, which searches for sites within a given
distance of an arbitrary point.

To implement getSitesWithinRadius, dependencies on geopy and GeoPandas
have been added.

Otherwise, the README and docstrings have been improved.
