Wrapper function to apply the RANSAC implementation by Carl Salvaggio to the problem of univariate linear regression.
It requires Salvaggio's IDL library, that can be installed by prompting on IDL> ipm, /install, 'https://github.com/csalvaggio/IDL_RIT_Salvaggio'
