Hi, I do not know if this is intentional. But the hole for the nut is too big. I fix it for my needs, so I proposed here. Peace.

Hi, thanks for your update and notification!
I think the big wade was simply originaly design for an other nut reference than the one your using. For instance in France we have a standard 13mm nut, which shall not work with this version. That's why we design another wade gear for our customer and our hardware references: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:235562
This repository in international so I think we will keep the current gear. You may change the name of your gear (for instance: big gear 13mm) and I think we'll merge it.

if I have to rename it, it will be "Big Gear M8" because it is standardized!
M8 = k = 13mm

Bonjour Skarab,
Merci pour tes retours, en fait on est déjà tombé sur des écrous de M8 qui fonctionnait qui passait uniquement avec une clef de 14 (écrous plus large mais plus fin) et étant donné que c'est le fichier est de la mendel i2 j'avais estimé (peut être à tort) qu'il s'agissait probablement d'un changement de format international. Du coup vous me mettez le doute sur l'origine de l'écart, si il s'agit d'une erreur à l'origine ou un réel but (par exemple encaisser les mauvaises impressions -étonnant pour un engrenage j'en concède...- ou différent format). Cela serait amusant de demander directement à Mr Prusa.
Encore une fois nous avons corrigé le souci depuis longtemps avec notre engrenage http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:235562
