Mistake in documentation, `BmiClientSubProcess` #122

In the documentation, the instructions for BmiClientSubProcess are as follows;

from grpc4bmi.bmi_client_subproc import BmiClientSubProcess

model = BmiClientSubProcess(<PACKAGE>.<MODULE>.<CLASS>)

However, this should be:

from grpc4bmi.bmi_client_subproc import BmiClientSubProcess

model = BmiClientSubProcess("<PACKAGE>.<MODULE>.<CLASS>")

Note the quotes ".
