The repository contains
- scripts: Includes the data and scripts to plot every figure in the paper, statistics corresponding to each figure, and exploratory analysis included and not included in the paper
- plots: PDFs of the plots created in the scripts folder
- Calc_Expected_Shape_Distortion: clculations used to identify the expected shape distortion which is indicated with a red arrow in figure 8.
