Description.

Function for postgres. Languare 'plpgsql'.
Function return multiline for polygon geomentry with grid.

Parameter	Description
poly	is polygon geometry
meters	size tiles in meters

NOTE:  
	Use postgis. Use espg 4326. Use geometry only polygon not multipolygon.
