MasterItems are not visible in the App

Description

MasterItems are not visible in the App. But they are sown using the libary search. The gms tag is missing.
I get following message in the log window at the end for the App I am testing with:

Steps to Reproduce

1. App has correct properties for GMS
2. GMS Library is beeing refreshed correctly - the GMS App shows the latest entries
3. All masteritem are delete from the GMS Test app first
4. Run update "Update metric in App"

MasterItems should be available in the App via Qlik Sense Hub

Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
No MasterItems are shown
