Not 100% sure what you mean by this. But I suggest the following documents:

Requirements:

User Personas -- What are the different types of stakeholders we have to consider when designing this. At first glance I'd say we have to thing about : (1) a home buyer; (2) a Zillow site administrator; (3) an earth genome administrator.
User Stories based on the above personas.
Quality Constraints : What type of up-time are we aiming for ? What is the daily request volume? What are the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentile response time.

Design.

API documentation -- what are the inputs received, what will be the outputs. Form of requests and response?
Architecture.
