This release contains the marker typing correction bug fix, and the pipeline used to compare the mapping programs for the Bioinformatics manuscript. The xubuntu-crosslink OVA file is the file you need to import into VirtualBox if you want to run Crosslink on a Mac or Windows in a virtual machine. The manual explains how to install from source code under linux. The two simulated_data files are the simulated diploid data used to tested the various mapping programs against Crosslink in the Bioinformatics paper. rgxha_celfiles are a set of raw Affymetrix Axiom celfile from the IStraw90 chip from a cross between Fragaria x ananassa (strawberry) cultivars Redgauntlet and Hapil which were used to estimate the error and missing data rates used for the simulated data. The processed genotype files from this dataset are included in the source_code file itself and also preinstalled on the virtual machine image.
