We should create a devel module after each build step, so someone who's writing an easyblock can easily figure out interactively what should be implemented in the easyblock, using the same environment as EasyBuild is operating in.

These devel modules would be subsets of the devel module that's currently being generated after the build procedure has finished, in the installation directory.
