0.11 升級沒有錯誤. 0.12 升級發生

無法開啟要寫入的檔案: 

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\PIME\python\_ctypes.pyd"

相關程序終止後方能安裝

重開機應該就可以順利升級 0.12 版

這個應該不是版本上的問題，應該是跟你目前開啟中的程式，鎖定了什麼檔案有關。
