@bigstone517 hello! I've sent an email to gaolei@cnezsoft.com, thanks! |
It's been a year, I still cannot resolve the issue, and no one replied to my email... |
Sorry, We have never received your email. Could you send your mail to us again? philip@cnezsoft.com |
I just fixed it! :D I knew it was an issue on my end, but I couldn't find it, now I looked closer and I found the issue, I used expose in docker instead of ports property, so internally everything was working fine but external not, so once I realised it I moved ports 11444 and 11443 to ports property and left the other ports in expose property. |
Great! |
@easysoft I'm sorry for digging up this closed issue, xuan.im worked fine up to v15.5, today I upgraded to v15.7.1 and now xuan.im is completely gone from zentao, am I missing something? Thanks |

Hello,
I was trying to connect to zentao server via the client app, but I wasn't able to establish a connection, this is the diagnostics output:
I have opened the required ports:
These are the settings from zentao:
Is there anything else that I could do? I'm using zentao behind traefik and LetsEncrypt for https support, but I believe that shouldn't affect anything since it resolves to the IP and targets the 11443 port, which as shown in the screenshot is exposed...
Thanks!
