Current behavior

Currently:

• The main README.md links to the docs site using https://ebay.github.io/skin which then redirects to https://opensource.ebay.com/skin/
• The docs site links to the Storyboook site using https://ebay.github.io/skin/storybook which then redirects to https://opensource.ebay.com/skin/storybook/
• The docs site also links many times to https://ebay.github.io/mindpatterns/ which then redirects to https://opensource.ebay.com/mindpatterns/

Should hopefully be easy to find/refactor. 🤞

Expected behavior

Link directly to the new canonical domain, https://opensource.ebay.com/.
