Cash-Knob pre-release

This is the first release of a new fork of A. Terrien's jQuery Knob, but without the jQuery dependency. This is not a totally dependency-free implementation: we still use a DOM manipulation library Cash. Cash, as opposed to jQuery, is very lightweight at about 35K, or 15K minimized. Cash lacks some features of jQuery.

See the demo included in the code. There is one issue that will need to be fixed in order for full compatibility, but this fork works for most of what you might need jQuery for.
