Please follow the template below and provide at least information for
the first 4 sections

Background and Motivation

Would be nice that the submitting organizsation and/or control body receive a notification email when an action has been published so in this way they know immediately that the items that they have summited are public.

Proposed change

Send notification email to the submitting organisation/ control body once the items/action had been published

Email is sent after an action is published by the Register Manager
