Creating a new user, sending e-mail is not working.

When creating a new user through the admin panel, the system fails to send an email to the user. However, an interesting twist occurs: if you access the admin panel's URL and trigger a "Forgot Password" action for a user, an email is successfully sent to the user containing a reset password key, and you receive an email notification about it.

And if it is done, new user wont get the email.

the fix for this issue will be implemented in the v2.5.2 prerelease that will be posted today.
