What does this PR?
This PR fixes a bug related to character glicthing while typing
It also improves people search by searching users directrly into hive if search starts with @ or #
Steps to reproduce
Go to Search bar and start typing username with @ or # sign. It would search users puts the relevant user on top of the list.
