Describe your changes

• Fixes bug where reacting to messages for either pushpin or create from react were broken.
• Create from react is simplified and now only required the name of the reacji.
• Updates frontend packages.
• Incidents created by reacting to a message will now auto invite the user that added the reaction and report in the incident channel that they are the ones that added it.
• Checkmark for pushpin react is now only added if it was successful.
• Fixes bug where resolution message would not post due to incorrect block dict.
