Describe the bug
Notification icon and list are not automatically being updated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow any flow that fires a notification. for example: create a post in a institution you follow but is not a member.
  2. See that the count is not being updated
  3. Also the list.

Expected behavior
Should live update.

Tests done on February 14, everything was working as it should. The problem found was on internet instability.

Also was observed that "Marcar todas como lidas" doens't update the number.
