Eclipse IDE Updates for 0.13.0:
Important: Support for Eclipse 2019-03 (4.11) is being dropped for 0.13.0. The earliest version of Eclipse that can be used with Codewind is now 2019-06 (4.12).

Enhancements:

• Support for debugging remote projects has been added. Debug applications on Kube from desktop IDE codewind#1990
• Project log files are now displayed in and can now be opened from the project overview page. [Eclipse IDE] Show log files in project overview and allow user to open codewind#3020
• When using Eclipse 2020-03 (4.15) or later, debug node.js projects directly in Eclipse. Use the Codewind preferences to go back to using a Chrome based browser for debugging if preferred. [Eclipse IDE] Use builtin node.js debugger in Eclipse 2020-03 and later codewind#2975

Bug Fixes:

• Show a progress monitor when certain actions are selected such as Manage Template Sources that require retrieving data from a connection before the dialog can be shown. [Eclipse IDE] Delay before dialog appears could confuse users codewind#2997

• The state of remote connections (connected or disconnected) is now remembered when Eclipse is restarted. Disabled remote connections should stay disabled after VS Code restart codewind#2823
