The images of a BIRT report can be exported to Excel XLSX like the default elements which are given (#1075).
Currently the embedded image option of an data URL by usage of the text element with the HTML image tag isn't available.

In compare to the other output options this image handling is given. The target of this enhancement is to get it available for excel/xlsx output too.
