StackOverflowError in Registry.commit()

A StackOverflowError occurs if a registry listener registers additional elements.

The problem is that the registry transaction still remembers the current container event when iit notifies container listeners. When those listeners add to the registry the resulting deltas are added to the existing event. But that conatins the already handled initial delta.
