Test and practice in the Prometheus federation https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/federation/

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of having multiple clusters #14889 we can set up multiple Prometheus in individual namespaces and a separate Prometheus that will act as a master role. This formation can simulate multi-cluster federation capabilities and give us some knowledge and feedback.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.
