Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

Username may not be always compatible with k8s object names #15323

Describe the solution you'd like

The idea is to provide admins/users an instrument based on Kyecloak to set up their preferences
of what k8s namespace should be used for the workspaces. Potentially it can be an extra field in JWT token or some API method that can give this information by userid.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
