Reproduction Steps:

  1. Create a java workspace
  2. Import jboss-eap-quickstarts (https://github.com/jboss-developer/jboss-eap-quickstarts) and configure as maven project.

Expected behaviour: multi-module project should be recognized
Observed behaviour: just folders with pom files instead of maven modules.
Note, that parent pom.xml has correct links to submodules but in the default (with activeByDefault set to true) profile.

OS and version: Ubuntu 16.04, CHE 5.10.0-SNAPSHOT
