Maybe this is a non-issue? It's certainly buggy, but it can be changed.

I guess you're referring to online.php in particular which is using some really old code. (Well, older than the rest of the base, anyway.)

The board settings date/time format is different to basically every other part of the board's code though, so maybe making that consistent would be easier...
