For a better documentation we should use github pages

The one and only Readme.md file is hard to maintain and not that comfortable to find the information you are looking for. Github pages should contain FAQ's, doxygen API documentation and also section related to build, setup and use eCAL.

gh-pages is published now (https://continental.github.io/ecal/). Currently it contains a copy of the Readme.md file, that we can reduce to a minimal introduction + install notes document now.
