Namespace of GlassFish deployment descriptors needs changing #23014
Comments
Which version of DTDs must be change? do we need to change these for example DOCTYPE ejb-jar PUBLIC '-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Enterprise JavaBeans 2.0//EN' 'http://java.sun.com/dtd/ejb-jar_2_0.dtd' Is there any common location for DTDs? |
The redirection of http://glassfish.org/dtds/* also needs to be updated. Right now it (everything from glassfish.org?) just goes to the home page, breaking validation of deployment descriptors. |
I think the DTDs that needs to be updated is the deployment descriptors that GlassFish defines itself.

Deployment descriptor DTDs and schemas should be updated to reference the new website and placed here https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/glassfish/dtds/glassfish
