Corrupt license file in the distribution

File ThirdPartyLicenseReadme.txt contains a portion about the StAX API (starting on line 547). This portion is corrupt: there is section 3.1 which refers to section 3.3, but section 3.3 does not exist - the license is cut off after section 3.2.

Fixed in 2.1/2.2 branches. In trunk we don't use this anymore since we dropped jdk5 support and thus we use stax from jdk. In 2.2 branch we'll stop using/redistributing this file soon as well.
