Remove jsf-spi artifact

I noticed the root pom.xml doesn't contain the jsf-spi module. Its compilation fails, but I think the artifact isn't used anymore. It uses the old com.sun.faces groupId and only has a version on Maven Central, from 2012: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/sun/faces/jsf-spi/
