  • Move the azure pipeline to use the new GKE auth mechanism for kubectl.
  • Switch to using kubectl v1.25.2
  • A previous PR (Fix Makefile (broken due to Go tooling evolution) #39) attempted to get rid of the vendor dir. However, the golangci-lint.yml config still specified using the vendor mechanism, thus causing the vendor dir to reappear. This has now been addressed, and thus vendor should disappear for real this time (hence the large number of "files changed" in this PR: they're almost all the vendor files).
