Looks like if JDT model testsuite hangs, we don't get proper stack trace.

I plan to provide a fix.

Suite freeze is not properly reported (eclipse-jdt#39)

Adds freeze monitoring to setUpSuite() - we only have it configured for
individual tests. Default timeout is 5 minutes.
