Related to #2029

It would be nice to have a quickstart project showcasing how to use Kubernetes Gradle Plugin with dapr.io. Quickstart should showcase how dapr annotations get added with the help of jkube fragment to deploy dapr application to Kubernetes.

Expected Behavior

A new quickstart for dapr should be added in quickstarts/gradle

Acceptance Criteria

• Quickstart should showcase JKube and dapr integration
• Quickstart should follow the same code style as existing quickstarts
